"The property was updated, however, it was weird in that it did not have and windows, in our room 206, it had 2 small unreachable windows. There was no window for you to look out through. The area seem a bit sketchy but it was ok. "

"No air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. No window in bedroom to outside for fresh air. No hot water either. Was there for 3 days and didn't see room service once. Tried switching hotel's with Expedia and they were as terrible as the hotel. They apparently couldn't get ahold of the hotel manager to find about cancelation policy and partial refund. Overall was a terrible experience. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel or Expedia. "

"Hi Not very happy this hotel is no way worth 281.00 as i was charged, this is hotel is very deceiving in its rating, and as represented by Expedia very bad no hot water, internet was hit an miss, not enough towels in the room, no shower mats i would like a refund, further the Tv signal bad overall experience was very poor, i am looki g to get at least half of the monies refunded. "I truly enjoyed my entire stay at A’more. If you are looking for a private, peaceful and custom boutique hotel this is your place. Romantic getaway, or a place to self reflect and have a place to getaway for the hustle this is your place. The chef has an exquisite menu and caters to profession. I loved the entire staff as they go beyond expectations. The rooms are detailed, clean and have a beautiful view of the ocean. I am looking forward for my next visit. "

"The room was being cleaned after 3pm so had to wait about 1 hour after official check-in time, so you need to let manager know when you will arive to make sure your room is ready. It can be a little loud at times, but not too bad."

"This place is conveniently located walking distance to the beach (Sta Cruz), local supermarket and downtown Crucecita. The hotel manager, Andres, was very friendly and offered us an upgrade of the room when he arrived a bit later. The 2 double bed room was spacious, beds were comfortable and clean and there was a balcony, a small bar and a fridge too. It was easy to communicate with the hotel manager through Whatsapp and he made sure to accommodate whatever we needed help with. Thank you!"
