"I had booked 2 rooms, a standard twin for a friend and an executive twin for me and another friend. I called the hotel twice to ensure that my friend having the standard room would have the correct room. I was assured it was recorded against the booking. When I arrived, my friend had already booked in and had been given the executive room. The reception manager was rude, he didn’t believe I had called despite me showing him my call history. He said they were fully booked and he couldn’t move me...

"We had a brilliant stay and we would certainly recommend. Lovely location. Really peaceful and green. Plenty of parking. Check in was fast and friendly. Room was excellent. Spacious. Comfortable. Really nice and quiet. No disturbance or noise at all. Spotlessly clean. Great shower. Will certainly return!! "

Room alot smaller than looked on website , cramped in comparison to other hotels have used Poor outlook , just luck of the draw i guess with that Limited wardeobe space Shower leaked badly from corner and flooded bathroom Bed lovely and big and comfy The hotel itself lovely but not impressed with room , would not stop again due to this sadly "

Handy for the station and about 10-15 minutes walk into the City Centre Noisy in the morning with the cleaning staff calling to eachother, doors banging, etc. 9.00am on a Sunday felt way too early to be listening to all that. NB I thought I had chosen a room with a bath - apparently you have to specify that as a "special request" 🙄 "
