"When we checked in Ally at the front desk was so friendly. We got our key, went into the room that unfortunately reeked of animal urine. My hubby went to get an air freshner when Ally gave us another room and also solved a tv issue! Ally needs a raise. She told me how much she likes her job, and she rocks it!"
