"We have been staying at this Ibis twice a year for 16 years, and have always been happy with the service. It is our mid journey stop and we welcomed the addition a few years ago of the opportunity to have a hot meal too. We travel with our dog and have never had a problem in that respect. "Unfortunately although we had planned to stay overnight in Turckheim, our usual hotel had to close for emergency work, so this booking was a last minute decision. Although the location was right, we felt that the accommodation was very basic. The bathroom was clean but rather threadbare, with no extractor fan although it was in the corner of the bedroom.
