"The property where we stayed was very unclean and lots of dust under the beds. As we arrived to our room, there was an incident where a person was thrown out of the room. She was shouting and the police arrived afterwards. For the whole stay, we didn’t had internet, it was very poor Wi-Fi, we had to go the reception and report it but they kept giving us lots of papers for the Wi-Fi which still didn’t work. Also the bathtub was blocked through out, we reported it but it wasnt a quick repair...

"Location is great, in reach of both Tain l'hermitage just by crossing the bridge and Tournon. Walls are very thin and we could hear the neighbours talking till about 2am. Bathroom is on the small side."

"This hotel was easy to find and although we speak no French the welcome was warm and helpful. This hotel is the old French style so is quite dark inside but there is a great terrace where an excellent meal was served. After we ordered our meal we received a small pre dinner canapé which we assumed was complimentary as all other tables were served with this treat as well. The next morning we noted it was on our account as petit dejeuner for 18 euro but the person behind the desk did not speak...

"Air conditioning in the room is an absolute nightmare, it powerfully blowing cold air even on low speed settings, if you try to raise a temperature higher, the air gets stuffy immediately. We had to cover with a blanket from head to toes through the night to stay warm, but blankets are way to hot, made us sweat all night, but as soon as you stick your limb out, it gets frozen. Also, hotel staff was making loads of noise preparing breakfast at around 7am. On top of that wash basin was broken....
