During Christmas we had to buy food for the evening meals, I was grateful for housekeeping for picking up the trash, but they did not pick the trash in the bathroom. I made the bed and picked up and expected for the trash to picked up both in the bedrooms and bathroom."

"Very clean. The ambiance was very restful, log cabin feel in lobbies (1st and second floors) huge stone fireplace with fire, big window views of the lake. The breakfast was real basic, cold serials or microwave oatmeal, packaged pastries. Juices and coffee/tea/coco available 24 hours."
