"This was my first visit and I was “wowed”. Rooms size and decor was excellent. Everyone relative to staff members were cordial, courteous and pleasant. Apologetic if there were any mishaps but those in essence were few to none. There was some feedback that I provided to the housekeeping manager Ken that I hope was resolved and channeled to staff members and leadership if applicable. The issue was more of a personal concern but I felt needed to be heard by the management at Beau Rivage. "

"I didn’t realize there was a $100 cash deposits. The night staff didn’t give me a hard time about and let me check in for my 1 night late check in without it since his ATM was down. "

"This was the 3rd time staying there and they still won’t give you the rooms you ask for even though you reserve the rooms weeks out."

"Front desk assistant was pleasant, breakfast was nice, good water pressure in shower (and very hot - excellent), and room was spacious and clean. Hotel is located near restaurants and stores. Not sure if collection of store shopping carts in rear parking lot was on this property; or the adjacent hotel property — but it made this property initially look shady to me."
