I really enjoyed my stay there and the only drawback for me was the walk to the nearest metro stations (I have an arthritic knee). However there was a bus stop next to the hotel which had a regular service to Ciudad Lineal. I also appreciated the free breakfast deal over the weekend."

"We didn’t have a code for check in until 4:00 pm. So we couldn’t enter to the apartment until 4:30. I had to call the apartments 5 times and they didn’t give me the code until the last minute. We were waiting at 40 degrees with 2 kids during 2 hours. I used the chat provided in the app and they didn’t help me at all, they told me to call to Hotels.com. "Good clean rooms with a quiet fan to keep you cool at night. It's situated up a narrow street so don't expect scenic views. The staff only speak Spanish but with google translate and sign language it's easy to understand each other. It's about an 3/4 hour from Madrid by metro which is easy to use. I will certainly use this hostel again"
