"Everything was perfect and I have to stress the upgrade I received, by courtesy in the reception, for a room in the main building with very good conditions without any change. The only thing I considered less was the breakfast that had a few variety of food."

"The hotel is in a very good place in the middle of the nature but the price is a bit expensive for the type of food being served. The rooms not very clean. Air con didn't work and the shower was hard to use for old people. No handle available. "

"Said they had a swimming pool never mentioned it was closed ! Staff so rude. Breakfast was awful. Cleaners walked in to our room about 10am. It was just an awful experience. DO NOT BOOK HERE. "

"Out of town, remote n a side lane. Very difficult to locate, badly signposted from town. Car park detached on adjacent open field, totally open to public and therefore insecure. Spacious room. Individual meal prices exorbitant. Swimming pools closed for season, but we had not been informed of this when booking. "

"This is an excellent hotel and they cope superbly with multiple arrivals. We know this hotel well and they know us.Wonderful situation next to the main north-south motorway in Hervas.The staff are fantastic and will do anything to help their guests. "This was our second time staying at this hotel. Once on the way down from France to Portugal and once on the way back.. It is a large, well appointed hotel. The staff are friendly and efficient. The room was clean and well appointed with a little balcony to look out over the car park, the road and the retail units beyond. Good double glazing as the room was very quiet. We had a light breakfast in the cafeteria which is a part of the hotel, which was extra to our room price, but very reasonably...
