"This was my fourth stay at this property in as many months and now I've met the entire family (husband, wife, and son). Great friendly ownership and a real value."

"Asked for a ground floor room, away from street noise and we got it! This is a superior property, with good customer service. We'll stay here rather than properties further down the 5. We've stopped staying at several Motel 6 properties (Carlsbad, Button Willow, Oceanside) because of bad treatment and maintenance issues. I always call to confirm a ground floor room, for we senior citizens, and when one of us gets there, they haven't honored the written or verbal request. Or their promise! And I get lies and inconsisten stories from staff. But, we'll book into this property again. Please take a lesson from the managers of this property and teach it to others. "

"I had a very comfortable stay. The woman in the office was very accommodating, VERY SWEET and a pleasure to speak to… she genuinely cared about making my stay comfortable and had a smile on her face even though I arrived and checked in at a very late hour. She alone is the reason why I will definitely be back.. And unfortunately I forgot to get her name.. but I believe she is the owner or manager, because she cares about that establishment as if it were her own, so I would assume she is the owner. "

"Even though the sign on office door said OPEN you have to stand out in the cold and try to communicate through a little glass window (I checked in at 4:30 pm not a late or after hours check in. Bedding was very thin, TV channels extremely poor and tv was held into place by a toilet paper roll!? Bathroom walls are dirty with holes in the wall, there were men outside carrying on after quiet hours but Management did nothing in regards to their noise or behavior. Not a pleasant stay and I won’t book there again."
