"Fantastic location steps away from Fenals Beach and a short walk to Lloret de Mar centre. The staff were all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. "Ant everywhere we only stayed one night. Zero Wi-Fi connection as we were out in a room in the loft. No food or drinks avai at the property or kettle. The worst stay we’ve had here. I complained numerous times about Wi-Fi. My children and I really hated it. The bathroom smelled like sewage. Banged my head numerous times because of the low ceiling and I am 5ft 4 . I don’t recommend this place. I booked a triple room and given this room which quadruple but unsuitable. "

"This is a trendy hotel close to the beach (about a 10-min walk) and the main drag. This town was mainly for young partiers, but there were families at the beach too. We checked in on the kiosk and had to drive a few blocks away for parking (€30/day). Additional requests like a second key and a second towel were made extremely difficult (I was refused a 2nd towel for my hair).
