"My family and I had a nice stay at Mama shelter. It was a quick walk and even quicker tram ride from the Pfaffenthan-kirchberg train stop. The hotel workers were friendly and held our bags until we were able to check in. They gave us ideas about things to do in the area as well as some restaurants. We ended up getting some pastries at the Mama bakery downstairs and they was fabulous! We slept well in a quiet room with two queen size beds. It was really nice to have a large room available in...

"Staff were very friendly and helpful, there was a small problem with the heating system in our room and the young lady in the reception offered us an electric heater which was really helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Cleaner was also very lovely and friendly lady. The hotel is located very close to the airport which is a great advantage for those travelling with planes. "
