"The stay was good, because it was quite and the location is very convenient for my business trip. Foods is easy to get, supermarkets is just steps away. It has plenty of parking space after working hours. Love the small fridge which can keep my drinks cold. Some disappointment as well, I don't like the smell of the room because the window was locked for safety purpose, I would like to have some fresh air if they can do that. I don't think they vacuum the carpet because I didn't see them do...

"For the area of Sandakan that this hotel is in this is a pretty good option if you really have to stay here! I would not recommend the area at all. The staff here were very attentive and friendly. The room was adequate but the pillows were horrendous! Just lumpy lumps of hard sponge! The shower and sink use a pump system which was not smooth at all and you either had a ‘power’ shower or a trickle. The hotel is near the Central Market, Harbour Mall & the promenade plus local shops but don’t get...
