"We like the service. When we had issues with the AC, TV or internet their help was great. Everyone was altways very friendly and ready to help out. On the other side,the room could use some upgrades. The bathroom is in nead of repairs; there are no fixtures for soap and the sink is missing sections. The bedroom could use some painting over a blackened spot on the ceiling. "

"Check in was very simple and fast. The front desk staff were friendly. Room was clean. Air conditioning worked good. Everything was going good untill the sun started going down and this place went downhill faster than the sun set. There was no hot water. It was luke warm. The pillows were as flat as a folded towel. There is a night club attached to the building. (This was Saturday night) The club was playing loud music all night until 5:30am. Plus the party buses passed by in front of the hotel...

"No air conditioning, only a ceiling fan. No window in bedroom to outside for fresh air. No hot water either. Was there for 3 days and didn't see room service once. Tried switching hotel's with Expedia and they were as terrible as the hotel. They apparently couldn't get ahold of the hotel manager to find about cancelation policy and partial refund. Overall was a terrible experience. I certainly wouldn't recommend this hotel or Expedia. "

"This place is conveniently located walking distance to the beach (Sta Cruz), local supermarket and downtown Crucecita. The hotel manager, Andres, was very friendly and offered us an upgrade of the room when he arrived a bit later. The 2 double bed room was spacious, beds were comfortable and clean and there was a balcony, a small bar and a fridge too. It was easy to communicate with the hotel manager through Whatsapp and he made sure to accommodate whatever we needed help with. Thank you!"
