It's also next to the elevated footbridge in the area that makes it easy to get around the local mall answer the bus station without needing to cross the busy streets. There are food options close by as well as a 7-Eleven downstairs. I would stay there again during my next visit. "

"This hotel has so much potential. It really needs a lot of TLC to be part of the IHG recognition it would like. The infrastructure of the hotel is there. Please modernise it. The service from check in counter to restaurant crew - 5/5. The staff cannot be faulted in any way. But you can only work with what you have. The restaurant - buffet price even with promotion is not worth it for the choice you have for food. Do check it first before going as ala carte may be a better option....

The deluxe rooms are so tiny it’s difficult for a normal sized person to move around without bumping into everything. The bathrooms are small. "

One of us was given a room change because the issue could not be fixed quickly and that was also very much appreciated to be given a new room with everything in working order.
