"The staff at the front desk was very helpful; let me pay the following day after I had gone to a bank (hotel does not take credit cards) and ordered me a taxi for an early morning departure. "Because of language, took time before I entered, the room was excellent for the price and was right in town. There was no kettle, I missed that. It was February and in the 20s degrees. Breakfast was in a cafe 5 minutes away 3.5€. 8 minutes walking from the train station. 4.80€ to Alicante by train. Nice place to stop, very Spanish. "

"It was a good 2 star hotel in a good location. Excellent staff. Needs plastic shower curtain replaced for glass or modern one, and could do with a shelf in shower half way up to put your shower items on. Glad I paid for a sea view room, however like most things nowadays it was overpriced for what it is."

"Traditional Spanish hotel. Though the room had original characteristics it included on suite,TV, fridge, kettle ect. "please dont expect the hilton, as the hilton its not but if your looking for a great priced sea front hotel in a great summer resort area then pick this one as its right on the beach front ask for a full sea view room your just a few steps from the beach with bars and restaurants around you its an old hotel but its clean and the staff were just great really helpful able to give you lots of free local information I would give the staff 5 stars "

"No wifi in rooms and only in reception.. bar and restaurant closed most evenings .. pool closed .. Access to wifi was a real problem for me and needing to sit in reception to do my work was very inconvenient. Furniture in rooms very uncomfortable.. Located in a good area but this time of the year most places are closed "

"It was a basic studio and was clean. Air con was good. Pool closes for 3 hours 2-5pm. Food in restaurant is very good and reasonable priced but for all the staff they have (5) service is terrible. I had to go bar and order in end as got sick of waiting even though it wasn’t busy. When we received meal i had to get up and ask for cutlery. No entertainment on night we stayed"
