"The first two categories of ratings (Cleanliness and Staff & Service) are, for me personally, the main priorities. This hotel ranks 5-star on these two criteria! The staff that serves breakfast were extremely friendly and hospitable. And the breakfasts were delicious. Also, the hotel was entirely clean: the cleaning staff were extremely diligent and careful.
