"This hotel is amazing. Since we arrived, we were impressed by each detail. Staff is very friendly, especially Josue who is at the bar. The room was nice, very clean and comfortable. Beach area is great for relaxing and resting. Food was excellent (dinner and breakfast)"

"Air conditioning was awful. The rooms would turn off and the living room didn’t have it. The kitchen is just set up as a decoration. You can’t even use it. You have to use the back up kitchen they told us we broke a couple little arrangements which we never did. They just wanted to keep our deposit? I’ve been trying to call them back for the deposit and now they’re not responding back to me, really bad communication very upset "
