"Lovely clean comfy room "

"Best part was the comfy bed, 🙂 had a good nights sleep. Worse part was the state of the bathroom and bedroom. Needs plenty of TLC in fact it all does. Hotel advertising bar but it was closed on arrival at 2.30pm and after going out to explore Southport, the hotel was in darkness at 9.30pm so no night cap then 😔 but for the price, we got what we paid for "

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"We stayed gor 1 night & although the room was comfortable it needs to modernised. The bathroom needs decorating & modernising. The breakfast was fresh & very good. "

"The place was unbelievably noisy. Value for money was good, but there were blood curdling screams at 4 in the morning when people got back in the stairwell. Insanity. We weren't expecting the ritz of course, and the staff were all friendly. Would have just liked to have not been disturbed by other guests quite as much"

"Had a nice cosy stay for 3nights, for the money tbh was very good overall. Nice bed, room had sink and coffee making facilities..... Heating was on as weathers been cold so was surprised it was warm in the room...... The shower was filled with sand so not so good.... However the toilet was shared and close by. Would have preferred a better view.... Other than the vast amount of rubbish outside. Possibly would stay again but perhaps, the rooms, could be updated as looking quite tired older...
