"I had a great stay for 4 nights in early December. I would really recommend the hotel and would love to stay again in future. Lovely room - spacious, comfortable, huge bed, and very grand. We overlooked the internal courtyard which was a bonus as it's quieter than the main street. Breakfast was delicious - a great all-you-can-eat buffet of croissants, jams, eggs, bacon, cheeses, meats, cereal, fruit, yoghurts, cakes, coffees, teas, juices, etc - and the staff were very friendly. "Nice hotel but not close to the city. There is a bus stop just outside, and we waited for the bus there, but it just went right past us. Easy walk next door to a fabulous shopping center. Breakfast was worth it. We had trouble sometimes finding someone at the bar to get us drinks or ice. It was a restful stopover after several weeks on the road."

"This Hotel is perfect for early airport departures due to its closeness to the airport. I have stayed here several times and would continue to use this hotel for this purpose only. The Hotel itself is quite outdated and would benefit in a refurbishment. The rooms are quite drab and the fitments (bathroom) are past their best. "Almarossa’s location was amazing! So convenient to everything we wanted to see in Bologna, and a short walk to the train station for day trips. There were food and beverage options next door and across the street, and a market very nearby. The layout of our room was great. It was nice to have a mini kitchen.
