"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were great - spacious with everything we needed for our week long stay. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. We didn’t use the restaurant during the day/ evening as Winterthur has excellent dining options. Nothing to do with the hotel, but major roadworks were taking place in Wartstrasse which sometimes made it difficult to enter/ exit the road. However, we explored alternatives and found our way around. "

"Check in nur am Automaten möglich. Eine Karte wurde ausgegebenen, nur die Nummer des Zimmers war unklar. Eine Email hätte kommen sollen um die Zimmer Nummer mitzuteilen .Allerdings ist es für Reisende die aus dem Ausland kommen und kein Internet empfang haben unmöglich eine Email zu bekommen . Bleibt nur an jeder Tür die Karte auszuprobieren. Hoffentlich fällt der Verwaltung dieses Hotel eine eifache lösung den Gästen ihr Zimmernummer mitzuteilen . Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön ."

"Pros:location is ok (15 min walk to centre) nice outdoor and restaurant area. Clean. Cons: the room is like a sauna in summer as its so small and is in the roof with a sky light. Overpriced for a bunk bed and shared bathroom. No kitchen. The shower turns off after about a minute but you can just keep pressing the button. "

"If I could give 10 stars for the Aqua hotel, I would. The staff was absolutely fantastic! The young man at the front desk went so far above and beyond in customer service. Even after we checked out of the hotel, we were several miles away and missed our bus to Zurich so we called to ask if he could call us another taxi. Not only did he call us another taxi, he came by the bus stop to make sure we were there and didn’t miss our ride. He actually brought us water and apples. NEVER in all of our...
