"I was greeted and made to feel very welome, as usual, by José at reception. He has been here as long as I've been coming to this hotel and he is a major reason why I keep coming back. José is always friendly and he makes me feel like a valued client. He's efficient, professional and always has a smile on his face. I travel a fair bit for business and have stayed in a lot of hotels. José is the one who stands out for his wonderful customer service."

"I've stayed here twice and it's a lovely place in Trois-Rivières by the river in the old town. Would be great if they could offer breakfast before 8 for business travelers. "

"I checked into my room and when I noticed that it was one of the older rooms, I requested for an upgrade and they provided me with one for a reasonable price. The staff also allowed me to check in a bit early as I was working. I loved the new room. It had wooden floors and a view of the lake. Very nice hotel. Good staff!"

"Amazing place. So much to do. We visited in the winter and were in awe of the surrounding nature. 4 stars only because none of the information provided by the hotel was bilingual. We love visiting Quebec and try to learn more French every time but please meet us half way. We hope to be back. "
