"The problem was at checkin. I arrived after 8:30pm so there were no staff, the checkin machine required a physical card which I had not brought with me (I was cycle touring). I tried the emergency button but the person who answer was all “nothing I can do”. I slept in the lobby until 2am when an irritated staff member woke me and after some persuasion checked me into my room."

"I liked the couple that run this hotel at night. They were very helpful despite the fact I speak no French. Entry into the parking garage could be an issue and the gate has to be opened by the gentleman. They close at 8PM, so don't be late and there is a code to get in the front door to walk around town. He was very friendly and shared his knowledge of the area with us. He even took us to a pizza truck and translated for us (we only know English). Very happy with the stay"

"Check in was advertised 2.00.p.m. was actually 5.00p.m. The hotel was closed between 12 pm and 5 pm so no access to swimming pool reception food or drink during afternoon. We did not stay as not what we expected at all."

Room was very clean, large and bed was comfortable. They were also helpful in suggesting other places to visit around the area. It would be easy to stay there for several days."

Bed, pillows and quilts were comfortable and the extra fleece blanket kept me warm through the winter nights without having to turn on the heaters. Shower space was a bit small, but individual hot water tank for the room gave a steady flow of hot water. Enjoyable stay overall with the basic kitchen in my queen studio."
