Bed, pillows and quilts were comfortable and the extra fleece blanket kept me warm through the winter nights without having to turn on the heaters. "We missed the last check in time when we realized the reception is locked and closed, but there had been no calls or emails sent to us telling us that we will miss check in!! I mean I could have got loss on the way or missed a flight or train. This is horrible. "

"I trully apreciate the stay at hotel Abalone for its very friendly staff, cleanliness and security policy (the main entry of the hotel closes after 22.00 and only the hotel tenants and staff can acces, by a private entry through the car parking of the hotel). Two steps away from the train station, it has perfectly served my needs. Also, the town center with the main tourist spots is located not far away."
