"This hotel could be good but disappointed in several ways, some of which could be improved. The location was good, handy to nearby major roads. Parking was very good. Check-in via the handy external kiosk demanded immediate full payment even though the room had been prepaid (this extra payment was manually refunded after the very helpful manager arrived at 5pm to staff reception). "Petite difficulté de carte d'accès à la chambre bien traitée et réglée par le personnel d’accueil. Mutualisation des déjeuners entre les deux IBIS le WE discutable car faisant sortir les clients sous la pluie s'il pleut (il ne pleuvait pas). Sinon personnel impeccable et efficace. Très bien."

"The receptionist was very rude, the room was clean but in poor condition, and the walls were so thin you could hear the conversation next door perfectly. The hotel is slightly outside of the city center but still within walkable distance. For the price we paid would have expected something much better - would not recommend."

"The room was clean, furniture old but ok, it was very dark because the blinds were closed and had to stay closed because the room was directly on the street so people could look inside the room The people were very friendly also for the dog!"

"The room smelt as soon as we entered, couldn’t distinguish if it was body odour or smoke. It was suffocating. Soon realised it was smoke, all the linen stank of it, especially the blankets and towels. It was impregnated into everything. This along with the lumpy pillows and mattress that caved in made for very little sleep. I never usually wrote reviews, especially but ones but the smoke was so bad if affected my breathing and I didn’t get much sleep at all. Not great for the kids either. All in...

"this was a stop off during a journey through France, this hotel served us well. The room was small but equipped and comfortable, breakfast was ample and staff very helpful. Excellent value for money and would recommend as a place to rest during a journey"

"We were only at Hotel Saint Jean one night but it was lovely. Although there were some improvements underway it was clean and nothing was in our way. The person who checked us in was very nice and helpful. The hotel was well located. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. We were able to get a 3 person room which is hard to find. Breakfast included some meats and cheeses, more than the common croissant and coffee. "

"Meine Reservation, wurde aufgrund eines Besitzerwechsels einfach als ungültig erklärt, dies habe ich erst erfahren, als ich vor Ort war, sie bemühten sich zwar mir ein Hotel in der nähe zu organisieren..... Eigentlich enttäuscht bin ich von ebookers.ch, weil eindeutig geschrieben wird, dass kein Telefon zur Bestätigung notwendig ist, hab mich auch darauf verlassen, mein Fehler, werde künftig selber im Hotel reservieren."
