This time I notice some things that need attention: the layout of the rooms is a bit odd; the thermostat didn’t work the whole time I stayed (and when I asked for an engineer no one came); the restaurant is closed on Mondays and the bar menu is very limited. The ground floor was freezing and the service in kitchen was slow which made dining there uncomfortable. Front desk staff are very nice and helpful. Lovely decor and the best location in town. I needed to charge my phone, but i didn't have the European connector type, the receptionist lend me hers, i was so glad she did. She also spoke English which helped a lot. I was stayed in this hotel to go watch the mountain bike event at the Olympics. "
