"There is no hotel in Loches with the indicated name and address. Turns out the name and address are different! This is easily verifiable on Google. Yet, neither Wotif nor the hotel will refund us. Great service eh! First and definitely last time using Wotif."

Bathroom was tiny and badly laid out (oversized sink was an unavoidable obstacle between toilet and doorway) while the shower unit was very small. Shower itself was good. Beds were ok and sheets and towels were clean. Wi-fi connection was good. Location is also good; next to the rail station and within 5 minutes walk of most attractions. "Hôtel très propre qui a eu des rénovations récentes. Chambre petite mais confortable avec belle vue du 2ème étage sur la place avec une fontaine. Quelques points négatifs le parking est trop petit pour un hôtel complet, l'escalier est dur sur 2 étages avec des valises et le petit déjeuner continental pour 8 euros est trop cher. Cependant c'est un hôtel bien tenu à conseiller"
