"The property was fine. However, I was offered early check-out in the app as I completed the pre-check-in process. I declined it, but then changed my mind. When I arrived at the desk, the desk clerk was on the phone correcting a billing issue. Instead of politely greeting me, she pointed to a chair and told me to take a seat and wait. "Everything was very clean. The room was well stocked with anything that may be needed during stay. Front desk staff was super friendly. Bed was comfortable. The only thing that was inconvenient was the parking lot is super small. I wasn’t sure if I would be able to find a parking spot when I pulled in but after driving around I finally did. If you make the parking bigger then this place would definitely be 5 stars all the way "

"Pleased they offered Pet Friendly rooms. The rooms were not accessible from the outside and being on the 3rd floor indoors was a bit of a hassle for potty breaks, but overall it worked out. The facility lacked atmosphere. Room was just the basics and felt unwelcoming. Artwork would be nice, and the painting of walls throughout facility needed more professionalism.
