Tampoco nos enseñaron la zona de estar de la planta de abajo para descansar un poco después de estar todo el día fuera. Eran las siete y media de la tarde y ellos tenían previsto marcharse. Les pedimos que al menos nos indicaran dónde encender y apagar la luz para no estar encerrados en la habitación todo...

"The posada is a beautiful old building, perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Communication was a little difficult with the owners due to my limited Spanish and their limited English - but we managed! We had a lovely room and a very comfortable bed. It was 4km to drive to the nearest town for dinner. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of choice of local and homemade food. We stayed here on our way back to Bilbao airport after holidaying further west. It is very rural, south of Santillana...
