"I had a terrible experience with this hotel. Although I try to make lemonade out of lemons when I can, this experience didn’t avail itself to positivity in any way. I had paid up front for a week at this hotel mainly because of the advertised price and the reference to “we speak English”. The problems started when it took me extra days to get my visa. "Am aware that some hotels in China are unable to accept foreign guests, saw in the "Special instructions" after booking, saying "Due to a Chinese Government ruling, this hotel is only able to accept bookings from Chinese residents. Foreign guests and residents who do not hold an identity card of the People's Republic of China are unable to stay at this property at this time. " Glad that i didnt cancel the booking, went to check-in at the hotel and they can accept foreign guests just fine."
