"Have stayed at Grand Chancellor over many years and have never been disappointed. 5min walk to free inner city tram and tram to Glenelg Beach. Close to cbd mall, museum, art gallery, library and much more. The staff at the hotel are always friendly and helpful. We needed to move to another room due to shower over bath and they moved us without issue. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast has a great variety of food."

"Solid stay at the hotel. However, I would have enjoyed my stay more, if my room was changed, as we were accidentally booked for the disability access room and were not warned piror. I requested for the change but was unsuccessful. "
