"Simply outstanding across the board."

"Great location for access to the hospital (Corewell) and also a great Italian restaurant just a short walk away. Appreciated the attached parking ramp. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. The only complaint was on our day of check out, which was at noon, the cleaning people pounded on the door and attempted to enter the room at 8:45am. The Do Not Disturb sign was on the door. "The first night was a little rough. There was quite a bit of noise from other rooms & above, but I packed a white noise machine & that helped. Staff was wonderful, kind, & always willing to help. I loved the spaciousness of the room& wood floors. I wish I would’ve kept the smaller room with the city view however because not have natural light was a bit disappointing. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. "

"The woman who checked me in at the front desk was an absolute sweetheart. She let me know the hotel bar closed at 2 am. After my husband and I got back from our concert at the Intersection, the bar closed at 11. That was disappointing as we were told it was open until 2 am. "
