"Great overall only one minor problem the testing of the fire alarms at about 9:30am which wasn’t major but if I want to sleep in it would have cause a major problem. My overall satisfaction was great just wish I knew of the testing of the fire alarms earlier because it also inconvenient my younger child which made her cry and hard to soothe. Everything else was amazing and enjoyed all the moments except that one "

She took additional time in helping me to resolve my IHG points. She went above and beyond! She let us know we were in the best room, had an overlook of the pool and told us about the happy hour. She just really set the tone for a terrific stay!!!"
