"Great stay. Only one tiny criticism. The shower. The bathroom is the pod type which are always clean but the shower is so small that the curtain hugs!! A bit more space would be perfect. Apart from that, it was just perfect and will get another visit from us next time."

She doesn't speak French, so she was very impressed with the staff ability to communicate with her and help her with all her needs. Customer service is what made this property to stand out. "Very happy with this hotel for a stop over. May be 2 stars but was super clean and comfortable which is what you need after a long drive. Staff very friendly. We needed air con and pet friendly and this place had both. Don’t actually know how they are making any money as it’s such good value. Would definitely stay here again. You can park your car right outside your room too and there is a restaurant next door with great French food. Made it a really easy stop for us "

"Warm welcome and made to feel comfortable. Bedroom cool, thanks to the shutters, and comfortable. Bathroom reasonably well equipped. But, the meals, taken generally on the terrace, were excellent. Ample breakfasts with local ham ad cheese with croissants, rolls and jam or honey - the sunflower honey was excellent. Tea and or coffee, of course! Dinners also very satisfying with local produce in abundance. A truly enjoyable and relaxing few days in a sleepy town in the French countryside . . "
