"Our stay at Best Western was good. The amenities at the hotel are actually very accommodating. This stay has a gym, a pool, and breakfast in the morning. The front desk staff were very helpful. "felt unsafe with the people that were in the parking lot. door to get into building was broken so anyone could walk in. had a hole in our room door so you could see outside mattresses on both beds were stained with brown yellow and red stains with cigarette holes thru them pillows were had black mold, yellow and red stains on them. we did not stay, booked a different motel "

But the kindness and concern of the manager (owner?) was remarkable - literally the best I’ve ever experienced. "Couldn’t find location. After dark hotel had no lights on. Found hotel had eerie feeling walking in. Tried to check in but was informed they had no internet so we would have to contact whoever we reserved through for a refund. Ask if they would match the nightly rate he said NO. Their rate was $65. He went down to $60 when we said no he yelled something like good luck finding a room"
