"La habitación está bien respecto al precio, pero descansamos muy mal por los ruidos. Las paredes son de papel, se oyen hasta las conversaciones de las habitaciones de al lado y de la calle. Del restaurante no podemos opinar, cuando hicimos el check-in sobre las 17:00 nadie nos advirtió que teniamos que reservar para cenar o de que estuvieran completos... Primera vez en mi vida que no puedo hacer uso del restaurante del hotel donde me hospedo. No volveremos ni recomendaremos. "

"Firstly, the staff were lovely - gave me the really quiet room that I’d requested and was very much appreciated! The location cannot be more central &, though an old traditional building, it has been well maintained and the room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was simple but fine & a bargain at €2. Will definitely return when in beautiful Avila. Muchas Gracias!"

"Property located within the walls of Avilia. Researched first on their website, http://www.hostaldondiego.es/en/don_diego_hostel. Parking under the hotel and rooms air conditioned. Booked site and sent email requesting parking. On arrival noted no catering for disability. No one at reception so had to ring external doorbell. After a while a male let us in. "Room was cold in arrival and air con unit wouldn't put heat out. Central heating came on a few hrs later thank god. Pet lizard scurrying around the room. Not alarming for us but we're used to quirky places on our travels but some might find it so.
