"We had a great time staying in Algonac, the weather was beautiful! The property was big enough to accommodate our group of 8 and everyone had plenty of room to feel comfortable. The backyard was nice and gave a great view of the lake and we enjoyed sitting outside and took advantage of the cornhole boards provided by the owners. The house itself was a little underwhelming, the walls throughout the home were dirty especially above the kitchen sink and there was urine on the base of both toilets....

"We were there for a fishing tournament we only had one boat and truck, and the driveway is short. and can't keep the boat and truck hooked together. That is the only trouble we had. the house was very clean and up to date. it is very close to the boat ramp, Kroger's and gas station. it is on a private road. in a secure part of town. "

It was 5mph and if you go 7mph they follow you and proceed to yell at you as if you were killing someone! I was doing 7mph at 11pm and they came to my cabin I paid for...

"This is advertised as a hotel and it is most definitely a road side motel. Transitioning to new owners, rooms and property are a mess. oom that was booked was not was offered on site, instead I was charged $20 more for the room that was pictured on hotels.com- credit card information was written in a notebook. Zero on the professional property scale."
