Es hat einen Dorfladen mit sehr limitierten Öffnungszeiten, welcher das Notwendigste hat, um es in der Unterkunft zuzubereiten. Es hat eine Küche und Tische zum Essen. Das Bett ist etwas federig, aber abgesehen vom dem war alles super sauber und modern, vor allem für den Preis."

"Lovely preserved hotel that brings you back in time right in the middle of Lauterbrunnen. Part of the front of the hotel was used in the James Bond movie “Her Majesty’s Secret Service” back in the 1960’s. The scenery from the hotel terrace and front patio is spectacular! However, I strongly suggest booking a larger room and not the single room for 1. It was tiny and I struggled with fitting an open suitcase on the floor. The bathroom was even tinier and if you are over 6’ - you will be hunched...

"This is an awesome rustic stay. Not posh, somewhat quirky, but charming and memorable. The hosts are very accommodating and welcoming. The restaurant and bar downstairs has a good breakfast and a dinner option available - the food was simple but fine. Rooms are small, with shared bathroom and shower facilities that were not my favorite, and not always very clean. But this is a really special place in the world and if you go in knowing what to expect, you will have an amazing stay. "

"The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. The building is a little dated but the location is great. It is within 5min walk from the station and there are lots of restaurant/cafe options right outside the door. The FIRST cable car station is just down the road and Pfingsteg cable station is another 5minutes."

"The rooms were small, bathroom was also small but manageable compared to the price that we paid. The breakfast was good. Best part is that the station and restaurants are just outside the hotel. Prime location. Friendly staff. The rooms could be made better, there were spider webs at some corner. "

"What a beautiful location! We used the trains and buses so the hotel was very convenient. Someone was there to greet us upon arrival but there is a self check-in that is helpful when arriving at various times. Breakfast was available at an extra charge but can be eaten there or taken with you. The shower is in the room so with four people there was a little less privacy and space but beds were comfortable and it is very quiet. This was a great place for us to branch out from this little town...

The variety of choices at breakfast is generous. "The host went above and beyond to be helpful and to make sure we enjoyed and made the most of our stay. The free transpiration pass that was included in our nightly rate allowed us to go up any tram, gondola or take any bus, anytime, as many times as we wanted to for free during our stay. This pass allowed us to enjoy all the Mountain View’s the Saas Valley has to offer. The breakfast selections were abundant, generous, and tasty…including homemade jams, yogurts and selections of cheeses,...

"Enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Cabana. Location was a bit out of the center of town which we personally like. Room was large and views were unbeatable! Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast is simple and they have a fridge downstairs for drinks and late night snacks. Highly recommended!"
