"Check inn was good, dinner great, room nice however due to room location once I’d gone to bed the team decided to have dinner at the table directly adjacent to my room so it was very noisy also the check out lady refused to believe that we’d prepaid for our rooms & insisted we pay again despite email evidence form Expedia, she was also extremely rude & deliberately unhelpful."

"It is in a fabulous position. I didn’t end up staying there as there was No elevator and very steep steps. Also no air conditioning. Unfortunately I have trouble getting back my money too. "
