"The room was nice, the pool was very small. The hot tub was OK. Warner than the pool but not really hot and the only protein at breakfast was microwaved sausage patties that were an unappealing color. The toaster worked great and the cereal and donuts were OK but definitely not a main dish. "

"Easy check-in and I like that the rooms could be entered from the outside. The staff was very friendly and patient too. And I was able to book my room at the last minute. "

"Very clean, amazing staff, and great area for Tmobile center and area taverns, and other experiences. Breakfast could have used some work though omlettes and potatoes were cold but the rest was ok otherwise its a great selctions of foods "

There were no backup generators. And then when it came to check out, we couldn't use the elevators and had to drag our luggage down to the curb with no assistance or offer of assistance from the staff"
