"I was coming into town for work and my arrival window kept getting pushed later into the night; the front desk was extremely helpful in keeping my room available for me which was wonderful as I was arriving well past check in time and was really tired. "It was a great room. I checked out and left my phone in my room. I called and let them know, and by the time I got back to the hotel, the phone was in the office and was promptly returned to me. Great service. I do find it strange that the office does not open and only transacts through the little window they used during COVID-19. "
