"The hotel was clean. The breakfast was good. The room was spacious and clean. The toilet seat was the wrong size for the toilet and was loose, but they tried to fix it while we were there. The bathroom configuration was a bit tight because the door swung so close to the toilet, but it worked. Overall, the room was good and the hotel was good."

"My first experience was somewhat a little less than perfect. Upon arrival I wasn’t aware that there was no parking deck. There was paid public parking only 2 hrs at a time but they did offer valet parking for $20 overnight. I knew we would be coming and going during it visit to Alabama so we public parked. Anyhow once I entered the room i realized housekeeping and maintenance need to step up to the plate. The toilet seat was almost off it was so loose, the couch was very nasty and stained and...

"After a slight mix up the staff quickly fixed the error that was made. I was given a smoking room when I reserved a non smoking one. Simple fix, like I said. Other than that the room was comfortable, clean, and the water was hot. I was worried about other smokers but that wasn't a problem. Enjoyed the stay and its exactly what I needed since the base is right across the street. Would stay again."

"The only negative about staying at Rutledge Inn was finding it. We drove past it twice but missed it because of the sign. Was looking for Rutledge Inn but name was in small print at bottom of sign and missed it twice. After catching it the 3rd try, we enjoyed the over nite stay!"
