"5/5 place to stay. The staff was amazing and fulfilled everything we asked for. It's 20 minutes from Taj Mahal. Only thing to notice is that this place is in a developing area so there is nothing around it. The place by itself is amazing to stay though."

I asked if they would honor the same price and they said yes, but the room that we had booked did not have air condition And we would have to pay double the price for a room with air condition. "We got worst service from that hotel. Our rooms have been exchanged since we came bit late and they gave us a very poor room. One of the stuff Malik was very rude when we complained about it. We had to wait an hour to get the room which was not even properly cleaned. I won’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Stay away from this hotel!!"

"Had evening we needed for our one night stay. Dinner was great and it was nice to have dinner on the rooftop. The hotel is extremely close to Taj Mahal and we were able to walk there quickly. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"This Hotel has been CLOSED since 2021. Yet last week I was able to reserve a room and pay for it on Expedia. Also when we got to Agra we had to find a new hotel at the last minute because it is closed. Where did my money go?"
