"Not at all impressed. Weather was cold and rooms were freezing. Hot water never got hot. Clean enough but not outstanding in any way. No “wonderful buffet breakfast.” Though they did try to impress us by offering more eggs and dry toast we wanted. "

"We got worst service from that hotel. Our rooms have been exchanged since we came bit late and they gave us a very poor room. One of the stuff Malik was very rude when we complained about it. We had to wait an hour to get the room which was not even properly cleaned. I won’t recommend this hotel to anybody. Stay away from this hotel!!"

"utterly utterly bad,never ever ever will stay here, to start with bad, filthy, smelly rooms, no locks on cupboard, no hot water (in Dec) had to wait for heating rod for 3hours, tried to charge for complimentary water bottle had to argue to get it free, breakfast only 2 pooris that too delivered in room (after 10.00 AM only) anything extra is chargeable, after breakfast at 10.00 AM when do they expect to go for work, VERY VERY WORST these are honest opinion and anyone doesn't believe please do...
