It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). "A lovely character apartment in a quaint village from which to explore the local region of North Essex. The well equipped and comfortable accommodation had nice touches such as displaying local art (for sale) and the host even left us welcome treats. While this property is in the heart of a small village and off road parking is available, some caution is needed while reversing out of the property gates onto the road with limited visibility. "
