"The staff at this hotel are amazing and very helpful. We had a nice view from the 14th floor and our AC worked perfect contrary to some reviews I had read. I did find the bathroom a bit too compact for my liking. But there was good water pressure and loads of hot water. Beds were comfortable too."

"I've lived in Vietnam for several years and never went to a FLC. If you don't live in Vietnam FLC is a Vietnamese owned and operated company. So 5 stars isn't international standard 5 stars. Also its catered to Vietnamese guests (explained below.) The rooms are nice enough especially if you stay in the Villas. However the service is not 5 stars and certain parts of the Hotel are run down. A few examples would be no pool or bar service before 5pm as most Vietnamese are scared of the sun and...
