Hats 👒 off to the young ladies that provide excellent customer service and also the young ladies who provide the breakfast 😀!"

"The check and stay were very pleasant. Nice and clean room. However; I called the front desk in the afternoon to inform about my late hour check in time, I was put on hold (but not silenced) for almost 6 minutes during which I could hear a group of staff chatting and ordering desserts including strawberry (shortcake or something), ice cream, and others .... I could understand if the receptionist was helping another hotel guest and had to put me on hold, but when I heard a group of them...
