"The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!"

"Really nice hotel - small but has everything you need and perfectly placed for walking to all the main sights of Pisa.. Room was comfy and had good bathroom and facilities. Small bar did great coffee... would stay again if I was back in Pisa."

"I would like to start this review saying that is my fourth time in Italy and this time I am spending over two weeks here. I have been in 3 starts and 4 starts hotels that I didn’t feel this much comfortable and well served. Everything from the beginning to the very end was perfect. Best in class in service, politeness, kindness, great bed sheets, spacious bedroom, and a speechless breakfast. Everything was fresh made for every customer one by one. Also, the pastries come from the owners bakery...
