"The property was nice and the staff I interacted with were very kind and welcoming. Good people. However, there were little things wrong with the room. The coffee carafe was missing (the machine was there, just not the glass carafe). The closet area was very small, adequate for what we needed this trip, but would not work for a longer stay. The fridge barely kept things cold. But as I said, the front desk in particular were very kind."

"The front desk staff were amazing. We were in Cookeville for a funeral and needed a space for family to gather. They found a meeting room, set the room up, got trash bags so we could empty the trash can without waiting or bothering staff, and got us ice. Samuel, the evening front desk staff, was simply amazing. He greeted us with a smile, talked to our grandchildren, made jokes with our teenage grandson, and assisted us with every single request. With our visit to Cookeville a very sad one,...
