"The location is great, close to the beach and very centric. The service for the Airport transfer was excellent. The room was very tight. We hardly were able to fit the luggage. Lucky we had two luggage only for three people. The bathroom was big, bonus. We almost set one luggage there. However, the beds were very comfortable and the room had AC also, bonus. I found it strange that the shops open late on the weekdays and close early on the weekends. Still we had a great time."

"Clean room, excellent check in procedure, staff was friendly and kind. Great tour of the facilities was provided and it is conveniently located steps from the beach. Be aware if there is a party or festival happening you will not sleep, this is not the fault of the resort of course but just something to be aware of! "

"Our room was wonderful, the shared space was absolutely beautiful and the view breathtaking. The place is about a 15 minute walk from the downtown area. There are cafes, restaurants and grocery nearby. I would definitely go back."

"We were on the Azores for a week shooting a travel show for American PBS called Outside Beyond the Lens. We picked this property as our last place to stay since it was in a part of Terceira we hadn't seen yet, and we wanted to film some of the gorgeous agricultural settings of the island. On our last night, we set up cameras and drones and shot everything we needed from the driveway under a top-ten sunset. The home is warm and inviting, and I just loved the feel of the place. "There wasn’t an address posted, it was difficult to find. It was not clean. We were greeted by ants, spiders, cockroaches, & a dead bird carcass. When we opened a large mirrored closet, it fell towards us. The entire faucet in one of the bathrooms rocked in place. There was mold everywhere and It smelled of mildew. We didn’t have hot water for 3 days. And the worst part was that maintenance locked us out of the entry gate. We returned from dinner at 23:00hr, in the dark. Our taxi driver had to...
