"The room was very modern and spacious, this could be a great hotel but customer service needs some work. We arrived around 7pm, check in was quick and easy. My husband had some work to do requiring wifi, so we decided to eat at one of the 3 restaurants in the hotel. It appeared none of the restaurants were open for food service although it was only 7:30pm. The menu was only available in Chinese and the staff was unhelpful/ unwilling to help translate.
